iWave Announces Salesforce Integration Available on the Salesforce Appexchange

iWave Integration Enriches Salesforce Database with Powerful Fundraising Intelligence

Charlottetown, 22 March 2018 – iWave, one of the top rated fundraising intelligence platforms on the market, is pleased to announce the release of a new, more feature-rich version of iWave for the Salesforce platform.  In addition to several other new features, this version enables nonprofit Salesforce users to score and prioritize many contacts in real time and generate custom prospect profiles that include even more intelligence to guide fundraising strategies.

Fundraising intelligence is more important than ever before.  Development and fundraising professionals depend on comprehensive donor information to make informed gift asks.  Knowing a donor’s capacity is not always enough; informed, evidence-based gift asks also depend on intelligence relating to a donor’s inclination to give.

iWave for Salesforce brings this information directly into a nonprofit’s Salesforce database.  Enriching nonprofits’ internal data in Salesforce with iWave’s one billion wealth and philanthropic records, the upgraded app enables users to focus time and effort on the best major gift prospects.

“We are happy to see iWave further enhance the iWave for Salesforce app on the AppExchange, as they provide customers with an exciting new way to learn more about their donors and better understand their capacity and inclination to give,” said Mike Wolff, SVP, ISV Sales, Salesforce. “The exponential growth of the AppExchange underscores the enormous opportunity the entire Salesforce ecosystem has in creating cutting-edge solutions and driving customer success.”

The latest version of the iWave for Salesforce app enables more functionality than ever before.  Features include:

  1. Batch scoring: Users can segment and score hundreds or thousands of contacts with one click so they can work more efficiently.
  2. Access to Profiles: Within the app users can generate a new, custom profile for their prospect, or link to an existing profile that details comprehensive donor records.
  3. Tailored User Preferences: Users can now customize individual settings so they can score and filter prospective donors based on their individual goals.

iWave for Salesforce was first launched in April 2016.  It was created to bring wealth and philanthropic information into a user’s Salesforce database.   Information such as:

  • Capacity Scores
  • Estimated Capacity Values
  • Propensity and Affinity Scores
  • Planned Giving Capacities
  • Value of Properties
  • Value of Charitable Donations

“Our goal with the iWave for Salesforce app is to help our clients fundraise with confidence,” said Trent Beattie, VP of Channel Partners for iWave.  “The latest version continues to enrich our clients’ Salesforce database with valuable intel and it brings a level of customization and transparency that isn’t typically seen in fundraising software.”
