On November 12th, we were fortunate to hear from Robin Thompson as she hosted a webinar for iWave’s Nonprofit Thought Leadership Series. In this webinar, titled Fundraise Your Way Out of the Pandemic: Your 90-Day Development Plan, Robin demonstrated the opportunities and methods for your nonprofit to survive and thrive in these extremely challenging times. Robin also wrote a similarly-themed ebook earlier this Fall: Fundraise Your Way Out of the Pandemic: Six Strategies for Nonprofits to Raise More Money Faster and Easier.
Everyone from researcher, fundraiser, executive director and board member is called upon to raise their game to ensure the success of the organization. Fundraising in a pandemic can be successful and it begins with a short-term comprehensive Development Plan. It is more crucial to be imaginative now than ever before. A 90-day Development Plan helps set achievable goals that are vital to raising the revenue needed to support the services your nonprofit provides. This session provided clear direction of what to include in the plan and secrets of fundraising success.
