Meeting Your Needs in Challenging Times: A Message from our CEO Regarding COVID-19

Many of you are actively managing families, clients, and organizations throughout the unfolding COVID-19 crisis. We recognize the gravity of the situation for all. iWave’s top priority is the health and safety of our employees and ensuring we are doing all we can do to aid in enabling our clients to function as productively as possible. I want to share with you iWave’s plans on how we will continue to support you in the days, weeks, and months to come.

Here are some specifics:

Our Clients

As the world continues to adapt to the challenges inflicted by this pandemic, iWave is focused on crafting and implementing solutions and initiatives in enabling its nonprofit clients to continue their operations with minimal interruptions. As stated last week, iWave’s infrastructure, management, and operations model were designed for contingency situations and these present times are no exception.

As organizations get used to working remotely and adjusting how their entire teams engage constituents, it’s important that we’re helping them enable an “all hands on deck” approach.

Starting April 1st, all iWave clients will be able to double their number of concurrent users at no additional cost. This is to ensure that all of iWave’s healthcare, education, and nonprofit clients can enable an expanded group of users and are able to continue researching and fundraising effectively. These additional users will remain in place until June 30th, 2020 and may be extended based on conditions at that time

Here are just a few examples of how these additional users can help your efforts immediately:

  • Organizations will have an increased need to engage major donors and ensure they stay connected to their mission. More users can help address the increased demand on the fundraising teams whether they are researchers or fundraisers. If you’ve been sharing concurrent users, but need more people in iWave at the same time, then this will help eliminate the need to coordinate users’ activity.
  • Executives and board members can use iWave to understand their own network – with simple high-level scores or a deeper dive into giving history to gauge the connection to similar missions.
  • In preparation for upcoming events, other departments, such as marketing resources and/or those involved in event coordination and invitee list building, could use the iWave platform to help you be selective in the people you would potentially invite to your future fundraising events.

iWave Conferences

iWave participates in many conferences every year. As conferences cancel, reschedule or turn into virtual events we will continue to be flexible. In support of the nonprofit fundraising community’s need to continue to learn, understand how to leverage best practices, and stay in touch during this time we are developing a series of Thought Leadership webinars starting mid-April that will be available to the fundraising community.

The iWave Team

The safety of our employees is paramount. As a cloud-based company, all of the iWave team have the technology and tools to do their jobs securely from any location. We’re making decisions, like you, in real-time. A.all iWave employees are working from remote home locations, we have eliminated all travel and are monitoring the guidance from local and global health authorities to keep our team and their families safe. everyone on our team safe.

We hope this information is helpful in understanding how iWave is responding to the current pandemic. Our thoughts are with our employees, clients and all of the nonprofit community as we navigate this challenging time together.
