PRO Recognized as Exceptional Enterprise Product

Innovation & Technology Association Gala Awards, June 25, 2015
iWave’s Prospect Research Online (PRO) was recognized by the Innovation and Technology Association of PEI (ITAP) for having the Exceptional Enterprise Product of the year Thursday night at the ITAP Gala awards!

ITAP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to growing and developing the Prince Edward Island (PEI) technology industry.   Their annual gala is held to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and excellence of Innovation and technology companies in PEI.

PRO was recognized for the launch of PRO 3.0 that has brought in over 800 new client organizations, and has greatly increased the client renewal rate.  With PRO 3.0 came: 1) the PRO 360 search that searches over 500M records and 9 datasets with just one click, 2) significant investments in processes and infrastructure, 3) the new PROscore smart rating system, and 4) an even greater focus on having the best client support in the industry, just to name a few things.
