Jamie Hill - Chief Executive Officer
Jamie Hill is one of Canada's most successful technology entrepreneurs.
He founded one of the largest Contact Centers in Atlantic Canada in 1993
and in 1995, Mr. Hill founded two separate Internet Service Providers, serving
both provincial and national markets in Canada. In February 1997, Mr. Hill
founded his first technology Contact Center. From an initial staff of 20,

has grown to over 2000 employees in eight centers, with major clients including
Apple, Sprint, Telus and over 40 U.S. based telephone companies. OLS's predecessor
company was actually involved in the industry as an ISP and retains the
distinction of having been Canada's first national ISP. Jamie continues
to serve on the board of OLS, and he is also the former Chairman of the
board and CEO of Genticity.

Mark McLane - President
Mark McLane founded Printer Works/Laser Solutions Inc. in 1992 which later
expanded into a dealership of 4 locations throughout Atlantic Canada. In
1997 Mark was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Nominee and in 1999
Mark was awarded the Business Development Bank of Canada Young Entrepreneur
award. In 2001, Printer Works was sold to the Datarite
group of companies. Mark remained with the Datarite group during the transition
period and then became President of iWave in July of 2004. A graduate of
the business administration program at the University
of Prince Edward Island, Mark was a former board member of Big Brother/Big
Sisters of PEI and the Stars for Life Foundation. Mark is currently the
Chair of the Island Waste Management Corporation's (IWMC) Board of Directors.
IWMC is the
provincial Crown Corporation that administers and provides solid waste management
services throughout Prince Edward Island. Mark and his wife Margaret, and

Glen Stevens - Vice President of Sales
Glen joined iWave in August of 2009. Originally from Dallas,
Texas, Glen has extensive experiences in managing teams in both the private
sector and the US military. Glen's past work experience includes being Vice-President
of Sales of Canadian Payments where he was responsible for the development,
training and success of the sales force and overall growth of the merchant
portfolio. Glen was also the President of Smart Card Systems from 2001-2005.
Smart Card Systems is a business dedicated to providing secure payment processing
applications to local and national businesses. He also has 12 years of military
experience from 1987 to 1998 with the United States Army and Army National
Guard as an as Infantry officer. He was also awarded the CSM Jerry D. Slade
Leadership Award. Glen and his wife Charlene, and their two children live
